Exchange details
Exchange books can only be done in-store and in person.
When bringing books in for exchange we will accept our books, and 1 OR 2 Other books for exchange, due to oversupply we want to try and accept less books.
When you receive credit in-store you need to spend it on the day otherwise it will have fees deducted at regular intervals, this will lead to you having no credit left in a short period of time, so we advise to using it on the day.
Conditions/Requirements
Books must be in good condition and not more than 2 boxes.

Online service
There is no Exchange policy unless stock is to be collected in person from the store.
Book store credit cannot be used online!
